About Us

We have started an aquaculture/aquaponics, farm. We grow fish in tanks and use the dirty water to fertilize and feed vegetables. There are a lot of pumps and compressors and heaters. Soon after the project started I realised that there needed to be some sort of monitoring system to make sure that everything was running properly and that if there was a problem that I would be notified. It started with a very rudimentary setup (a simple water level switch to turn off a pump). Then I added a cellphone module so I could get an SMS if there was a problem. Its grown a lot more complicated since then.
